Happy Monday, marblelous babes! 💕
Now that Labor Day has come and gone, the yearly debate is now in question: Are we allowed to wear white after Labor Day? If you ask me, certain rules are meant to be broken – especially if they’re fashion rules. After all, the new rule of fashion is that there are NO rules. So yes, you CAN wear white after Labor Day.
So throw the whole “no white after labor day” rule out the window and just rock whatever you want, whenever you want, no matter the season. I busted this unwritten old myth and wore this stunning white romper that I scored for only $52. Unfortunately, it sold out so quickly but I managed to find the EXACT same romper in pink for only $20. Praise!!!
When I first laid eyes on this white romper, I immediately fell in love with the asymmetrical hemline of this romper. At first glance, it almost looks like an asymmetrical dress, until you turn around and see the shorts, that is. It kind of reminds me of a skort with a faux wrap skirt. I love that it also has the cutest pom pom looking trim throughout, and don’t even get me started on the tie knot front. If you’ve been following me for a while now, then you know that I’m a sucker for tie knot front details.
I sized up to the large and the fit is perfect. So if you’re like me and have a little more junk in the trunk, then definitely size up. I love it paired with this gorgeous leopard print clutch that will be a staple in my wardrobe all fall season long. And you seriously can’t beat the $36 price tag.
I also finally jumped on the personalized name necklace bandwagon and I’m SO glad I did. I scored this stunning rose gold choker name necklace from oNecklace and the quality was absolutely amazing for the price. You can choose from sterling silver, 24K gold plating, or rose gold plating (like I did) and add up to 8 letters/initials to your necklace.
I did my full name (“abigail”) with 7 letters and my name necklace was only $60. Seriously SUCH a steal. You can also choose from two different fonts (I chose Font 1). I love how I can style it on its own as a statement piece or even layer it with other necklaces for a stylish layered look that complements my outfits.
I’m also wearing my absolute FAVORITE pair of wedges of all time. Like no joke, these are probably the comfiest pair of Marc Fisher espadrilles I’ve ever worn and they go with everything thanks to its neutral beige + brown color. I have another pair of Marc Fisher espadrilles that I adore (with scallop trim throughout) but these espadrilles with the sweetest little knot has it beat by a mile. They’re also on crazy sale right now for only $60 and come in a variety of different colors, including denim blue + white, teal blue, baby pink, and taupe. I’m currently toying between snagging either the teal blue or baby pink because they’re so dang comfy and last foreverrrrr.
What do you think about wearing white after Labor Day? Yay or nay? 💕

I also linked a ton of other white rompers I’m currently in love with that won’t break the bank:
I agree when it comes to fashion and style, there are no rules. I love how you styled this romper and I am dying over that all around pom pom trim. Your necklace is also a stunning piece. My name has 7 letters as well and I can picture how cute it would be! Do you know what type of metals they use to create the necklace?
