Picking Up Fall Leaves

Happy December, marblelous babes! 💕 Can you believe that Christmas is in 20 days?!? Have you gotten all your holiday shopping done yet? I know I haven’t! 🙈

If you follow me on Instagram, then you know that my boyfriend and I went on a little vacation to Portland, Oregon over the Thanksgiving holidays! Naturally, we made it a point to visit the infamous Multnomah Falls and the surrounding picturesque parks and waterfalls. We even drove down to Stevenson, Washington to grab some bombdiggity pizza! 🍕

If you ever decide to visit Oregon (especially the beautiful mountains and waterfalls), then you absolutely must kiss those gorgeous suede shoes goodbye! BUT, just because you have to be prepared for the inevitable rain and cold weather, that doesn’t mean you still can’t look cute and cozy!

I traded my suede OTK boots for some super cozy faux leather OTK boots. Trust me, these babies are SO comfy and keeps my toes SO toasty! I literally hiked on several different trails in Oregon in these boots, I kid you not! 💁🏻

Faux leather OTK boots are seriously awesome for rainy and cold weather because you don’t have to worry about getting them ruined in the mud and puddles! They’re so easy to clean and wipe down at the end of the day AND you still get to look super stylish and keep that OTK trend going strong!

I paired my faux leather OTK boots with seriously the cutest olive green sweater ever! I mean, what’s not to love about olive green + bell sleeves + cute bow details?!? The bell sleeves cover your fingers and are perfect for keeping your hands warm, too! The best part? This sweater is under $30 and also comes in white!

Oh my goodness! This outfit is so cute! I love those pants. I have some similar to that and have been wondering how I can pull off a summer print in the cooler months. A SWEATER of course! Why didn’t I think of that. A pop of red on your lips definitely keeps you looking gorgeous during your hike too. Cheers and happy December to you as well.

Yes, suede is definitely not ideal for rainy cities. Vancouver is the same way!! I love that sweater, the sleeve details are too cute!
