You know that saying “You can’t buy happiness but you can buy coffee and that’s pretty close”? Yeah, let’s just say I’m a HUGE believer in that quote. I mean, after all… there are 3 ways to win my heart:
1. Buy me coffee
2. Make me coffee
3. BE coffee
My brothers used to own several cafés and let’s just say I was their regular and because of this, I’ve turned into somewhat of a coffee connoisseur. So when Clio Coffee reached out about partnering with them, this coffee lover literally jumped at that opportunity.
So what is Clio Coffee? Clio Coffee is an all-new subscription based coffee system that allows you to enjoy an AMAZING cup of coffee with just one simple click from the comfort of your home.
Clio Coffee Brewer Machine
Clio Coffee’s machine (also comes in red) uses an intensely high-pressure brewing method to extract maximum flavor from coffee beans in the shortest amount of time. The machine is ridiculously easy to use – there are three different buttons on the machine that operates with just the push of the button, all you have to do is decide if you want to make espresso, coffee, or tea.
If you’ve been following me for a while now, then you know that I’m an iced coffee and iced latte kinda girl. So I usually use either the “espresso” or “coffee” options and just add ice, a splash of almond milk, and whatever flavored syrup I’m fancying for the day. My current favorites that I’ve been alternating daily are hazelnut syrup, salted caramel syrup, and you wouldn’t believe this… rose syrup. Hey! Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it because it’s DELICIOUS with a cup of Clio Coffee!
Clio Coffee Pods
What I love the most about Clio Coffee is the convenience of their single-serve pods, which are designed with double filters to infuse more flavor into every cup. Each of their pods are packed with 13g of premium coffee (made out of hand selected Italian-roasted beans) which is SO much more than their leading competition. This results in a full strength, 10 oz. cup of coffee (which is 60% more than their leading competition’s 6 oz. cup of coffee). Because of this, I find myself only needing one cup of coffee per day as opposed to going back for seconds (and sometimes…dare I admit, even a third cup. Oops).
Also, I love that Clio pods are 70% more environmentally friendly than other pods. Unlike other brands that outsources its coffee production, Clio Coffee’s pod quality and coffee are controlled by Italian coffee production techniques with 25+ years of industry experience.
Clio Coffee’s pods comes in 5 different blends: Rise & Shine (Mild Roast), Smooth Sailing (Medium Roast), Peak Power (Dark Roast), Evening Delight (Decaf), and English Tea Time (Black Tea).
Clio Coffee Monthly Subscription Model
Okay, I lied when I said that what I love the most about Clio Coffee are their single-serve pods. Because what I REALLY love about Clio Coffee is that you can get your coffee fix delivered right to your doorstep with a monthly subscription of 30 or 60 pods per month.
You also get a discount on the brewer (25% off with their Monthly 30 or 50% off with their Monthly 60) and the pods (17% off with their Monthly 30 or 30% off with their Monthly 60) when you sign up for their auto-delivery service. But if you’re not ready for a monthly commitment (which you can cancel at anytime), there is also an on-demand option so you can purchase the brewer and pods on an as-you-go-basis at full price. I love that Clio Coffee allows you to customize your blends and rotate them out at any time.
I’ve been drinking Clio Coffee for almost a month now and this self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur is officially HOOKED. I honestly don’t think I can go back to drinking what I thought was “good” coffee anymore. Clio Coffee is probably one of the most delicious cups of coffee I’ve ever tasted, and I love that I don’t have to give up my kidney to experience magic every morning when I wake up.
This sounds amazing. I love your desk area and your photos. I’ve been trying different coffee subs mself as well!
I am a coffee lover myself so I know what you mean about just hearing the words coffee! I haven’t heard of Clio Coffee but will definitely check them out! Wishing you a wonderful weekend and happy Friday!
